This new reading product was developed while I worked with the Mastery team at Age of Learning. We rallied from R&D to then build and test MVP releases. Team size started in 2019 at around 10 and we scaled to more than 40 people over two years. Similar to the Math product work, the focus was on creating compelling and fun games that still had efficacy in learning. We used Agile methodologies to create an ideal creative, yet productive, environment.
This AI-driven live service product was developed in beautifully lit and fully rendered 3D by our very talented art team. The game also blends in video scenes with a charming live action host.
