Hi, I’m Sean

Aside from being impassioned and always ready to bring my best to any professional or personal project, I’m a multiple award-winning digital creative with extensive game dev, product development, program management, and production leadership abilities. I have deep experience with mobile and desktop games, online entertainment, streaming content, education (EdTech) brands and franchises, and emerging technologies. I have a degree in Computer Science from Brooklyn’s Polytechnic University (now the New York University Tandon School of Engineering), and I am trained in Agile leadership and a certified Professional Scrum Master.

I have more than 20 years in digital product development and marcom, with a strong expertise in the Kids & Family space. With over 15 of those years as a lead member of the product team, I navigated many of the world’s biggest brands to successful product releases. My years invested in a wide variety of detailed production work provide me with accurate instincts for project schedules, budgets, and team health. My most recent success was leading the production of two keystone AI adaptive children’s educational games driven by machine learning.

I develop strong program and operational plans, build and manage talented teams, create clarity and safe environments for my teams to incubate great ideas, then drive award-winning products to be made and released successfully.
